Introduction:

The new version of AIS PILOT PLUG WiFi since we developed the frist one on year 2011.in new one that we reprogram the chips to make it more stable and let users to setup more easy.

New unit still provides an easy way to receive data from the vessel Automatic Identification System (AIS) device and straight to their own ECDIS PC or PPC,iPhone,iPad which builtin a WiFi network adapter .The AIS Pilot Plug sends out all relevant information such as AIS targets, ship's Position, Heading, SOG,COG etc over TCP/IP protocol. especially use for iNavX or SEAiq on iPad;

New unit builtin high capacity Li-ion rechargeable Battery, long time fot piloting. Battery can be charge by a external power supply while WiFi unit working or not.

New unit with high quality materials and PCB Specially design and Standard connector  by IMO requested,specially for Marine use.

New unit builtin Polarity Identify LED , on some of the AIS pillot plug socket the " + " and "" are reversed but our unit will detect this by LED status.

Polarity Identify: 

  If RXD in solid blue,that means Tx+ and Tx- reversed in ship's AIS pilot plug Socket,just correct PIN1 to Tx- and PIN4 to Tx+.

Operation: 

Put switch at "ON" to start unit, then search wifi AP at your PC or iPad if appeared SSID:"PilotsTECH",just connect to it then type password:pilot,

    The AIS PILOT PLUG WiFi units are developed and manufactured to meed high technical requirements and user demands,if use correctly and maintained regularly,the unit should provide you with several years of operation and be a very useful product.

•  Seller acknowledges that at delivery,each unit has been tested and found operational.
• The warranty is not valid if: the instructions for open cover have not been followed,incorrect useage has caused faults,misuse and incidental,the product has been modified,or serviced by non-authorized individual.
•  The warranty includes replacement or repair of a faulty unit due to flawed components or errors relating to the production of the product.
• Seller agrees to repair or replace any faulty unit at no cost during a period of Six ( 6 ) Month  from day of purchase,It does not include return shipment cost.
